Stuffing

Ingredients

ground pork1 lb
stuffing crumbs1 small bag
Royal Lunch crackers
(or butter thins)
1 sleeve
minced onions½ cup
minced celery½ cup
chicken broth1 cup
pepper1 tsp
white pepper1 tsp
sage1 tsp
butter3 tbsp
eggs2


Directions

  1. Brown onion, celery lightly.

  2. Add salt, pepper, sage.

  3. Add chicken broth.

  4. Mix in wet or crunched crackers.

  5. Add eggs.

  6. Fold in chicken broth, onion, celery.
