| minced onions | ½ cup | ||
| minced celery | ½ cup | ||
| chicken broth | 1 cup | ||
| pepper | 1 tsp | ||
| white pepper | 1 tsp | ||
| sage | 1 tsp | ||
| butter | 3 tbsp | ||

Directions
Brown onion, celery lightly.
Add salt, pepper, sage.
Add chicken broth.
Mix in wet or crunched crackers.
Add eggs.
Fold in chicken broth, onion, celery.
